Cattle Market Comment: Feeder cattle $5 to $10 higher; Slaughter Cows and Bulls, $3 to $6 higher; 1,145 head sold. Next Sale, Feb. 14. Steers: 200-400 lbs., 170 to 200; 400-500 lbs., 165 to 190; 500-600 lbs., 160 to 187; 600-700 lbs., 155 to 181; 700-800 lbs,. 148 to 166; 800-950 lbs., 140 to 158. Heifers: 200-400 lbs., 160 to 179; 400-500 lbs., 150 to 177; 500-600 lbs., 150 to 175; 600-700 lbs., 145 to 164; 700-800 lbs., 145 to 156; 800-950 lbs., 140 to 153. Cows: Boning: 73 to 88; Feeder: 68 to 78; Breaker: 4 to 73; Canner/Cutter: 63 to 68; Heiferettes: 85 to 105. Bulls: 78 to 100. Baby Calves: 185 to 350 per head. Stock Cows: 1,400 to 1,775 per head. Pairs: 1,500 to 1,850 per pair.

Steers: 400-500 lbs., 170 to 205; 500-600 lbs., 170 to 203; 600-700 lbs., 160 to 180; 700-800 lbs., 150 to 165; 800-900 lbs, 140 to 155; 900-1,000 lbs., 130 to 143; 1,000 lbs. and up, 110 to 130. Heifers: 400-500 lbs., 160 to 180; 500-600 lbs., 150 to 170; 600-700 lbs., 145 to 160; 700-800 lbs., 135 to 145; 800-900 lbs., 125 tol 140; 900-1,000 lbs., 110 to 130. Cows: Utility, 75 to 80; Breaking Cows, 73 to 77; Canners and Cutters, 60 to 68; Young Feeders, 70 to 80. Bulls: 80 to 90; Baby Calves, 200 to 350 per head. Stock Cows, 1,000 to 1,700 per head.
